All of our items are hand-screenprinted using American Apparel cotton tees. If you prefer a size, color or style not shown on the site, please inquire and we may be able to produce a piece special for you.

| SIZING |
Please note the following:
*American Apparel tees are formfitting. If you prefer a loose fit, consider buying the next size up.
*The tees are 100% cotton, which means there will be some shrinkage when washed. If you do not want the tee to shrink (say it's the perfect fit), our experiments have shown that washing the tee on delicate and hang-drying help retain the original size.
*The sheer jersey tees (the raglan and boatneck) have more stretch than the normal jersey tee and are preshrunk (i.e. they do not shrink as much as the normal jersey tee). This is reflected in the sizing below.

Tee : "A finer twist on a classic girl's t-shirt style. Made with the finest jersey cotton to fit your curves." 100% Combed Cotton Fine Jersey, 3/4" set collar, 7/8" sleeve and bottom hem.
Raglan Tee : "Slightly sheer jersey with stretch. Fine merrow stitching around neck and shoulders." 100% Combed Cotton Sheer Jersey, 3/4" hem.
Boatneck Tee : "Stretchy, fitted boatneck with merrow stitching around neck." 100% Combed Cotton Sheer Jersey, 3/4" sleeve and bottom hem.

| PAYMENT OPTIONS |
CREDIT CARD:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Follow the instructions for credit card at checkout. You also have the option of phoning in your credit card information. We will provide our phone number on request.
PAYPAL:
Select Paypal during checkout or email us your order and you will be emailed a payment invoice.
NON-CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
Check and money order payments. Select Check or money order during checkout and we will email you payment instructions. You have a 10 day deadline for payment. You must confirm payment by email and state when payment will be sent. We do not hold items, so please make payment as soon as possible. You may also place a non-credit card order by email: send us your name, address, and phone number. Include the item number, a short description, and the price of the item or items you are ordering.
*Maryland residents are subject to 5% sales tax.

| HOW TO ORDER? |
Just checkout with our secure shopping cart. Once we process your order, you will receive an email with the grand total and payment information. We also accept orders via email and phone, please visit our CONTACT PAGE. Our phone number will be provided on request.

| ORDER PROCESSING |
When we have processed your information, you will receive a confirmation email with the grand total and, for non-credit card orders, payment instructions. For non-credit card orders, such as check or money order, please confirm your order with an email and state when payment will be sent.

| SHIPPING |
We ship internationally! All USA orders ship United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Because all items are handmade, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery and inquire if you need something by a specific date. Depending on our stock, some items are ready to ship immediately and some items are made to order. In some cases, we may have to order a t-shirt in your size or a jewelry finding may be out of stock, which can take a week or two depending on the supplier and shipping times. We can also express and overnight orders on request, please inquire.
We ship internationally by: Global Express Mail, Global Priority, Airmail and Airmail Parcel Post Insured. Rates will differ according to country, but usually range between $5-$15 for Global Priority. We are not responsible for uninsured shipments or problems due to foreign customs.

| RETURNS |
Please note that we make each shirt by hand and if you have any questions about our items, we will happily provide as much info as possible to avoid returns.
We accept returns given that the item has not been worn or damaged, the tag is still attached and the item is returned to us within the specified time period. All returns must be returned in perfect condition. Below are our rules and guidelines regarding returns:
To return an item, you must notify us by email and receive authorization.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping is nonrefundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Each item must be returned in the same condition it was sent: unworn, undamaged and with the tag still attached.
